Introduction
Catalyst PC 41 is a colorless to light yellow transparent liquid with a very weak odor or nearly odorless, easily soluble in water .As a moderately active trimerization catalyst ,PC41 is used in a wider variety of rigid polyurethane and polyisocyanurate foam and non-foam applications. It is recommended for use as a co-catalyst with other polyurethane and polyiscocyanurate .

Application
---PC41 is a highly active polyurethane rigid foam polymerization trimerization catalyst with outstanding foaming and gelling capabilities, and is typically used in conjunction with other catalysts.
---PC41 is primarily employed to catalyze the reaction between polyurethane and polyisocyanate. In practice, it exhibits slightly higher catalytic selectivity for polyurethane compared to polyisocyanate. It is commonly utilized in the production of laminated
polyurethane rigid foam, spray rigid foam and molded rigid foam.
---PC41 is particularly well-suited for polyisocyanate rigid foam sheets, various foaming processes (including full water foaming), and demonstrates exceptional performance in water-blown rigid foam systems.
---PC41 is also applicable for microcellular polyurethane elastomers and high-resilience foam plastic products.
