Introduction
VPU-2 is one component hydrophobic PU grouting material, it
reacts with water and expand to be a foam does not dissolve in the water.
Not only used for waterproof plugging, but also with effect of reinforcement. It is widely used in subway tunnels, water conservancy and hydroelectric power, basement parking, sewage etc for waterproof plugging and reinforcement projects.
Characteristics
1.With good hydrophobic properties, high chemistry stability.
2.With larger Penetration radius and solidification volume ratio,
react with water quickly with large expansion pressure, pushing
the liquid to the depths of crack and expand to form a tenacity
consolidation.
3.Resistance of acid, alkali and organic solvent, better resistance of
chemical corrosion;
4.Coating smooth, wear-resisting, no mildew ;
5.Excellent adhesiveness with concrete base and other construction
materials;
6,Viscosity and cure speed can be changed according to the
requirement of projects.

Construction Instructions for The Different Environments
===Structural Cracks &Seepage===
1.Drill holes at an angle of 45 degrees to the left orright 2-5cm from the lower part of the crack to the depth of half the thickness of
the structure.Drill holes insequence from low to high,with an appropriate hole spacing of 20-30 cm.After drilling to a high place,bury
the water stop needle.Since the cracks in the general structure areirregular, special attention should be paid to the fact that the grouting
needs To cross the crack surface when drilling and the grouting will be effective.
2.After the grouting water stop needle is placed,it is poured with chemical grouting material until the grout seeps out of the surface of the
structure.
3.48 hours after the grouting is completed,the grouting waters to needle can be removed
====Honeycomb Leaking====
1.At the range of the honeycomb,drill a hole every 25-30cm,the depth is generally suitable for the thickness of the structure,and then place
the grouting water stop needle and rotate it to fix it.
2.After the water-stop needle is placed,inject the chemical grouting material with a high-pressure grouting machine until it is found that the
grouting material seeps
